As mentioned above, we can take care of your project. Basically we conduct one new construction or major remodeling per year. From prestigious North Shore to Chicago. In cases like that we always require architectural plans. But don’t worry if you don’t have them. We will gladly recommend experienced architect.
As for smaller projects, we do them too. Whether remodeling kitchen or bathroom we’ve dome plenty of those as well. If no changes in electrical or plumbing are involved, project can be done without architectural drawings.
Then there are some heavy weights. Like masonry and concrete projects involving multiple trades. Of course, we’ve done plenty of those, as well. Then, our carpenters may help you with structural repairs or a new construction. Including porch and decking.
Additionally, if you are looking for new siding, we do that too. Particularly, installation of Hardie boards. Recently, Hardie siding is getting more popular due to its durability and versatility. It is an interesting option for siding. It is sturdy and can be painted.
